Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor – Joinery to manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and commercial activities for joinery and woodworking projects, ensuring accurate pricing and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for joinery works.

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Estimate costs for custom furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, doors, wall panels, and other joinery items.

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Prepare variations, interim payment applications, and final accounts.

Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in joinery, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out projects.

Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and costing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

UAE joinery industry experience is preferred.
