Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Joinery Production to coordinate joinery projects from drawing approval through manufacturing and delivery, ensuring smooth communication between design, production, procurement, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules, material requirements, and project deadlines.

Liaise with design, technical, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely execution.

Monitor manufacturing progress and coordinate deliveries to project sites.

Follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, and technical requirements.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience in joinery production, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out projects.

Good knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and shop drawings.

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

UAE experience in joinery manufacturing is preferred.
