Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee on-site installation of joinery works, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of joinery items, including doors, wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, counters, and custom furniture.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and installation teams.

Ensure installation works comply with approved shop drawings and quality standards.

Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and installation schedules.

Identify and resolve site installation issues and ensure proper finishing.

Requirements:

Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.

Experience supervising joinery installation for fit-out or construction projects.

Good knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, shop drawings, and installation methods.

Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with other trades.

UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
