Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out to manage project costs, quantity take-offs, and contractual documentation for interior fit-out projects, ensuring cost control and compliance with project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for fit-out works.

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in interior fit-out projects, including finishes, joinery, and related works.

Knowledge of estimation, cost control, contracts, and variation management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

UAE fit-out industry experience is preferred.
