Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Technical Manager – Fit-Out to oversee the technical aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, and site execution teams.

Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.

Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and project progress.

Ensure quality standards and timely execution of fit-out works.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in technical management of interior fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, shop drawings, and construction details.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience coordinating with consultants and clients.

UAE experience in the fit-out industry is preferred.
