We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for maintenance and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will review drawings and specifications, analyze project requirements, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and support the preparation of competitive bids while ensuring cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in estimating maintenance and interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract documentation.
Experience in maintenance, refurbishment, and interior fit-out works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (knowledge of PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar tools is an advantage).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
