We are seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Engineer to oversee and coordinate reactive maintenance activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The successful candidate will ensure timely response to breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure all maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with a strong focus on reactive maintenance in facilities management or building maintenance.
Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.
Experience in fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance planning.
Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS software and MS Office.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
