Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP QS Engineer to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and valuation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost control, monitor project expenditures, and coordinate with project teams to achieve cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.
Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, variations, and contract administration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software (knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
