We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Civil Engineer to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in building construction projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. The successful candidate will assist in site execution, quality control, planning, documentation, and coordination activities while developing their technical and professional skills.

Preference: Lebanese and Syrian nationals are preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in any field.
Basic knowledge of construction methodologies and site operations.
Familiarity with engineering standards and construction drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Technical Skills
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
Understanding of concrete works, finishing works, and site execution.
Knowledge of quantity surveying principles is a plus.
