We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience working for main contractors and a proven track record of individually managing large-scale high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise building projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, building codes, and safety regulations.
Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project objectives.


Requirements

Minimum 15-18 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven background working with main contractors on high-rise building projects.
Demonstrated ability to individually handle large-scale projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost control, and scheduling tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP certification is an advantage.
