We are looking for an experienced Senior Modeler with a strong background working for main contractors on high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models, coordinating with design and construction teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed 3D models for high-rise building projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
Review and update models based on design changes and site conditions.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project specifications.
Provide technical support and resolve modeling issues during construction.


Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Modeler in the construction industry.
Proven experience working with main contractors on high-rise projects.
Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Knowledge of construction methodologies and detailing.
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
