We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with extensive experience working for main contractors on high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design coordination, ensure compliance with project specifications, and manage technical challenges throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee architectural design and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for design implementation.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.


Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience as an Architect, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Proven background working with main contractors on high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and architectural detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
