We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background working for civil main contractors on large-scale projects. The successful candidate will manage cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project costs and prepare periodic financial reports.
Handle variations, claims, and final account settlements.
Liaise with project managers, procurement, and clients to ensure cost efficiency.


Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with civil main contractors.
Proven experience on high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control principles.
Experience in CAPEX or similar large-scale project budgeting and cost management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
