The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring budget compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor project budgets and cost forecasts.
Track and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams for cost-related matters.
Prepare detailed cost reports and assist in final account settlements.


Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control within civil main contracting.
Proven track record on high-rise building projects.
Strong understanding of cost management principles and project financials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control software.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
